On October 17, 2025, Koichi Endo, President and Representative Director of Tempura Endo, and Dai Enosaka, Managing Director and Sommelier, were honored with the title of Chevalier by the prestigious Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.
The ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere at Hyatt Regency Kyoto. Following the induction, a gala party was held, where the joy of the occasion was shared with many guests over a splendid Champagne celebration.
Tempura Endo will continue to connect the aesthetic sensibilities of Japan with the world’s culinary culture through tradition and innovation.
