October marks the arrival of autumn—the season of fine dining.
It is a special time when ingredients such as matsutake mushrooms can be enjoyed at every stage of the season, from their first appearance to their peak and final harvest.
To celebrate this abundance, we are delighted to present a special dinner with Champagne Henriot under the theme: “Experience Henriot to the Fullest.”
We will welcome Mr. Seino from Apicius and enjoy an exceptional selection of Champagnes, including several vintages of Cuvée Hemera.
