Noriko Washiya, an instructor at Académie du Vin, will introduce the distinctive qualities of Joseph Perrier, a Champagne house with 200 years of history. Enjoy an exceptional pairing of its Champagnes with dishes specially prepared by Tempura Endo.
The evening will feature six Champagnes, including the special cuvée “Joséphine Jordan Saget 2014,” the exceptional “Blanc de Blancs,” and the extremely limited “Tout de Blanc,” of which only 1,500 bottles are produced each year.
